Appointment Policy
Emergencies first, appointments next, then walk-ins if time allows

Pre-Surgical Policy
- no food or water after 10:00 the night before,
- pre-anesthetic bloodwork encouraged (but not mandatory),
- drop off time between 8:00-8:15 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday,
9:00-9:15 on Wednesday,
- thorough examination prior to anesthesia,
- must be current on rabies and "distemper" vaccinations

After Hours Emergencies
For after-hours emergencies:

Our answering machine will give instructions and/or phone number of the veterinarian that is on call.

Payment due upon completion of services. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Traveler's checks and CareCredit.
