Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a non-retractable leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Drop-off appointments are available. A ‘drop-off’ means you could bring your pet at a time that works best for you, preferably in the morning, and leave them with us for the day. We can examine and perform necessary treatments for your pet between other patients and for the time we have reserved for hospitalized patients. When the doctor is done, they will call you to go over the diagnosis and give you discharge instructions.
For the safety of our staff and the other patients in our care we require that your pet’s vaccinations are up to date when they are housed in our facility.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, debit cards, cash and personal checks.
